Future

Bandwidth Foundry International is expanding its activities and will be installing more equipment in the near future. During the latter part of 2011 it will introduce new products and services using the i-line Stepper and from early 2012 it will introduce RIE and sputtering capabilities. In the near future, it is also planned to have a Dicer and Ion Implant Oven as well as a Scanning Laser Microscope. Other plans are still being developed in conjunction with the newly established Australian Institute of Nanoscience at the University of Sydney.

The Bandwidth Foundry International’s facilities and equipment will be re-located to a purpose built and designed building with expanded cleanroom facilities. The planning and design of this new building is already underway. The scheduled move of Bandwidth Foundry International into the new premises is in 2014. In the new building more facilities and equipment will be brought together to provide a wider range of services for both new products, development of prototypes, expanded research facilities, and the development of specialised education, training and skills development. Bandwidth Foundry International is also looking to partner with a variety of small and medium businesses in a range of industries for the development and manufacture of new products. Please contact us if you are interested in a partner for cooperative development of new services and products in our areas of activity.
