Facilities
The Bandwidth Foundry facility comprises 500 m2 of Office and Lab space at the Australian Technology Park, housing class 100 and 1,000 cleanrooms, planar fabrication equipment with sub-micron capabilities, optical characterisation equipment and automation tools. Our staff and facilities are available for innovators, designers and researchers to access for their own projects without having to make their own large infrastructure investments.
Our current core capability is photolithography of optical materials utilising the Heidelberg Instruments DWL200, which can be used for manufacturing photomasks or direct laser writing of substrates for rapid prototyping.
