In addition to our photomask manufacturing service, we offer a direct laser writing service where we directly pattern photoresist spun onto wafers with our Heidelberg DWL 200 tool. This is useful for rapid prototyping applications where the expense of a mask and use of a mask-aligner is not warranted. We offer 0.8 micron feature sizes on a 50nm grid accuracy.
