Bandwidth Foundry International uses a Veeco Dektak 8 Surface Profiler, which is a physical profiler with an ultra fine stylus used for generation of 3D models to characterise the printed structures, for example, on moulds and rubber stamps to verify their design criteria. The system is both versatile and impressive in repeatability and vertical range, which allows measurement of soft materials and characterisation of sub-micron lines and spaces with 3D data analysis.
