Access

Access to the facilities can be arranged through the Bandwidth Foundry International’s Access Policy

• Access needs to be scheduled
• Details of equipment and usage will need to be specified and supervised
• Costs of materials and consumables will be charged
• Access time will also be charged
• All persons accessing the facility will require both general training, safety training and equipment specific training where appropriate
• With appropriate training and supervision access may be arranged for the following equipment with production schedules permitting:
• Dek Tak
• Spincoater
• Fume Benches
• Vacuum ovens
• SEM
• RIE and sputtering
• Assisted only access is available, where appropriate, and with production schedules permitting:
• DWL 200 Laser writing system
• ASML pas 5500/100 i-line Stepper
